The CCAEC considers transparency an important guiding principle. State AEBG funds must be expended according to the CCAEC Annual Plans. The process to track and record that spending is governed by the state’s Annual Expenditure reporting process. CCAEC Bylaws in accordance with state law require bi-annual Annual Expenditure Reports which are subject to public review before Board approval.
Allocation funds distributed for the 2015-16 school year to CCAEC members must be expended by December 31, 2017. 2016-17 AEBG funds distributed to CCAEC members must be expended by December 31, 2018.
